School Christmas Project
Our School fundraising project is a hugely popular project that we run throughout the months of September to December. We print thousands of individual Christmas cards and gifts for schools throughout the UK.
The children love creating designs, the parents enjoy seeing them, the School raises lots of money and we get a huge pleasure from making it all happen!
Our School Christmas fundraiser is a fantastic fundraiser – don’t miss out!
Why your School should take part?

Great fundraising opportunity.
The project also gives the children a real sense of pride and achievement in their artwork.
We provide the school with all the materials needed to participate
Our fundraising Christmas products are produced in house by our team of graphics and print professionals.
Parents, Grandparents and family friends love the Christmas products and will be keen to order.
Children create their own artwork in school which is then printed on professionally produced cards and other products, which the school sells at a profit to the parents. It is a rewarding and fun project for the children and the whole school to be involved in.
The school makes £1.00 from the sale of each product sold. An average school of 250 pupils can easily raise £500 or more!
The children will have fun creating their designs in school and parents will love seeing their children’s artwork on professionally printed cards and gifts!
We offer packs of Christmas cards, mugs, coasters, tea towels and tote bags so there’s plenty to choose from! And NEW for 2023, we’re now offering EVEN more products for parents to order including SNOW BLOCKS and CHRISTMAS BAUBLES!
Taking part this year is a simple and straightforward process. Fill in the registration form to the left and a member of our team will be in touch.
After receiving your pack simply photocopy the design form and ask the children to draw a picture.
The children then take home the order forms along with a copy of the parent letter. Parents return the order forms and payment to School.
Once the orders have been returned to School the order forms are sent back to My School Fundraising using the enclosed free return postage label.
The orders will then be collated and the school will receive an invoice minus their fundraised amount.
The cards and gifts will then be produced and sent back to school ready for distribution to parents.
All products will have the child’s artwork and name printed on them. Thus making it easy to hand out to parents.
It is important to get your forms returned back to school by 1st November so that there is time for the items to be made and sent back to the school to hand out before Christmas.
